I don't know if it was just me, but in the final battle scene, where both Terror Dogs are back with Gozer and fighting the OG Ghostbusters, there are certain shots where the dogs straight up just aren't there. Like the shot where Gozer is re-materializing before she pets them, no dogs until the camera needs them to be there. Or when Gozer's walking towards the Ghostbusters and it shows her from waist down. No dogs following her. Theres no way they just forgot to put the dogs in those shots. Not only are they Gozer's right hands and must be by her side at all times, but they're technically still main characters, Gary and Lucky, that we've known throughout the whole movie. They're essential. They couldn't have forgotten. Was it a budget thing? Or did they think no one would notice? Because I sure did! LOL

Hmm... in a few shots, it could just be that the camera is closer to Gozer than the dogs are (like right after Zuul is released from the trap and possesses Lucky). Not really sure about some of the other shots though.

That’s what I thought. But there are some other shots where the dogs are just gone. It’s way too noticeable
