The in-game jumpsuit model based on Answer The Call is kept generally generic in design so it can be used to recreate any, or none of the 2016 team... So the necklace was omitted.

Did the developers think the necklace would have been to "cheeky" for the game? Not that most people would care, I bet it was really omitted to prevent a back log of complaints. Kind of dissapointed that the ATC uniform came as a full outfit and not a skin.

To be fair, though, there are no necklace options at all. Maybe something to request them to add.

Ztomic has started doing YT videos for each contract. He confirmed so far Ghost Trapping Basics unlocks Thermo Gloves and the Trap Captain shirt logo and patch, P.K.E. Meter Basics unlocks P.K.E. Tracker patch, and Buster Basics unlocks the Janine and Melnitz name tags and Chullo Hat.

Correct, it grants several in fact the Melody's Diner, Repossessed, the Frozen Neon logo, and Garraka shirts.
