I used The Goon's STL https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4055803 Strap from GB Fans, Padding from a Night Vision equipment/parts vendor on eBay.
The snaps were the hardest part for me and after struggling with tappers and crimpers I finally affixed them successfully with screws/bolts.
The padding snaps were tricky to find and then had to be CA'd to the frame. Unfortunately the bottom two padding snap holes don't line up with the snaps on the padding; if I did this again I'd take the holes out of the stl and drill them where they needed to be.
